After the hilarity of watching the cubs all afternoon, we headed back to the ship for food.

Mind you, this trip was not all fun and relaxation. We had some far reaching questions to answer, so we planned a strategy and set about to answer one of the greatest mysteries of the natural World........

Do Bears actually poop in the woods?

On first glance, it would appear not as the evidence was clearly seen out in the open on the tidal grassland.

Image

And the culprit was soon spotted.

Image

We took copious notes to prove our fledgling theory that Bears actually poop out of the woods, but would the evidence from one recently weaned youngster be enough?

Image

We scoured the area for further evidence before finally hitting the Holy Grail of beardom.

Image

Surely we had answered one of the greatest mysteries ever?

Image

The fact that we never entered the woods never crossed our minds. :-? O/ -O
