Any suggestions of interesting places to visit will be welcome \O

Why don't you stay in Augrabies instead of taking a day trip from Upington? :-?

God put me on earth to accomplish a certain amount of things. Right now I'm so far behind that I'll never die.

Nothing really to see in Upington , and Aughrabies falls warrants a couple hours visit on the way to Springbok . Of course , if you stay at Aughrabies , then you can also take a drive through the park , very rugged terrain , but spectacular .
Distance from Upington to Aughrabies and back is 250 kilometres , and cost of fuel could probably easily compensate for difference in cost for accommodation :O^
From St Helenabay you can visit all the little villages along the coast , Velddrift , Laaiplek , Paternoster , etc ,
Note , its a mainly rocky coast ......this time of the year , the water is very cold for swimming lol

Why not cut your stay there by one day , and stay over one night at Karoo Nat Park in Beaufort West ...... ;-)
