It must have been the infamous flycatcher catcher sneaking from stoep to stoep stealing the little birds

Re: Grietjie Private Reserve
Hey Alf, I felt the same when I saw it...
I am indeed, Harry...
What can I say...I taked it back...
Thank you, Klippies...
Flutters, this one was quite far, but there is one that we hear every night. My one neighbour photographed it walking right next to his house two nights ago.
Time for more pics. I took a drive again this morning, but couldn't find the Leopard. I did however have another awesome sighting.
First up, a Crested Francolin portrait...
It was quiet again today, so I shot what I could. A Giraffe eating...
Can you guess which rugby team this chap supports...
Approaching the river, a Water Thick-knee...
My awesome sighting up next...

Re: Grietjie Private Reserve
Down at the river by the house, all calm till suddenly,...another lifer!!!
Before the lifer, a Gypo formation...
The banks are littered with crocs at the moment...
Juvenile birds are in abundance, here is a White-crested Helmet-Shrike...
Now for my lifer, also a juvenile, which is great news as mom and dad must be in the area. Not a great shot as it was far away, but here is my African Finfoot...
From this amazing river, until next time...
