After being rudely awoken at 03h00 by a loud Hyaena, I took a drive this morning to try and find it, but had no luck. :-(

I did however manage to get a few pics of other Grietjie residents...

Ahhh, give me a kiss...

We then stopped at Picnic spot 3, took a walk to the river and encountered this chap. I'm not sure who was more surprised, us or him. After the shock, he moved away but kept coming back and mock charging us...

All in all, a sort of relaxed and enjoyable drive. X#X

:ty: Thanks all.

On our way to work this morning, JL shouted LIONS!!! We were about 150m from our gate and I noticed one Lion running right next to the car. When I stopped it moved off the road and sat watching us.

We then spotted another three close to the first one. While watching them an Elephant crossed the road right in front of us.

It was a perfect way to start the week. :-)
