Yesterday afternoon, after dealing with some past issues regarding an estate ,
I was in desperate need of the company of nature.
Looking at my watch, I realised I would only have about an hour.... that was good enough for me. ;-)

At the pond I sat watching some common moorhen and red-knobbed coot - and to complete the picture : an egyptian goose. O\/

I found a black-shouldered kite and sat watching him in the late afternoon sun. O/\

This tree stump was whispering sweet words of comfort - and then I turned round and went home. 0- 0-
