Yesterday afternoon, after dealing with some past issues regarding an estate ,
I was in desperate need of the company of nature.
Looking at my watch, I realised I would only have about an hour.... that was good enough for me.
At the pond I sat watching some common moorhen and red-knobbed coot - and to complete the picture : an egyptian goose.
I found a black-shouldered kite and sat watching him in the late afternoon sun.
This tree stump was whispering sweet words of comfort - and then I turned round and went home.
I did mention it was a short visit.... -O -O -O

Nice pics Amoli!!! It's so great when one can get into nature for a few minutes to recharge the batteries.
Sometimes it’s not until you don’t see what you want to see, that you truly open your eyes.
