In May I had the pleasure to see my first Puffie and (long awaited) first black mamba in Kruger. Both snakes gave me the time to watch them for a while and to take pics :-)

This one was taken outside the shop at Letaba...

As far as I know it is the Western Striped-Bellied Sand Snake.

It was in the garden area just to the right of the shop. I watched and photographed the full sequence of it going for and catching the lizard. :D

spotted this fellow slithering up the pole at mlondozi picnic spot one morning..

no idea what it is except that it is a snake :-?
