Yes she can, I think. This is a lower court/magistrates court. The local fellow is boss of the high court here, brand new, but ultimately overrules the lower courts. But no, the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing... O-/

FB Post : ‎South African National Parks‎ to SANParks - Kruger National Park

Three suspected rhino poachers were arrested during an early morning anti-poaching operation at Lower Sabie today. A heavy calibre firearm, ammo, and equipment were recovered during the incident. The arrest by Rangers was supported by the rapid reaction of the K9 Unit and Air Wing.
