Mr Laurence Baloyi (42), Mr André Mabunda (42) and Mr Shakes Baloyi (46) appeared in court on Monday, when the state called Warrant Officer Willie Broodryk as a witness to testify in support of their opposing of the accused’s bail applications.
The three accused previously alleged that they were assaulted by the arresting officials during their arrest. Criminal cases have been opened and these allegations are being investigated.

The excuse of the alleged culprits is that they were attacked by a rhino and shot blindly and hid in terror and were tortured by police blah blah...the two caught are still behind bars and the case continues...
