It does seem that a lot of people are strongly against the "Domestic" trade in rhino horns and understandably so, as there seem to be too many loop holes and it can become an enormous business for anybody in possess of rhino horns and consequently it will not help stopping the poaching, rather the contrary 0*\

Thanks, Lis.

The loophole is two horns per customer taken overseas. This is illegal under current CITES, and laughably impossible to monitor.
