After the youngsters above left us in peace we went back to our Braai and I poured another glass of 2015 Merlot and took this pic of the valley from my camp chair as the full moon got up ..Balmy April Weather ...Totally relaxed and at peace with the world at Campsite 3 ..Campsite 1 nearly a km away was occupied ..2 and 4 were empty so Jane and I were literally all alone in the Kalahari after just watching the 2 youngsters above play right near our site ..Unhindered view here from my camp chair with no 12 foot high Satara perimeter overcrowded fence to look through ..Nearest fence was 35 kms due south at the Twee Rivieren perimeter fence..You cant find this exclusiveness anywhere on the planet even Mala Mala at $$$$$$ per night is far more crowded and set apart from reality..and here we were at Pula 100 per night for the campsite 30% of Pensioners camping rate at Shingwedzi behind a fence..SANParks I want a few 6 remote from each other sites in no facilities unfenced camps far from tar roads etc in Kruger for R 120 night per site like here and no live in staff on site either..How nice that would be
How sweet is our Valley.jpg
