Re: Old Pics of Kruger
These were all taken in the 1980's
Kruger Gate...I think.
Satara - with my dad's old Kombi - still the best Kruger vehicle!
My brother fooling around at Tshokwane
My mom getting ready to spot!
The Lower Sabie Dormitory bungalows
Champagne breakfast at the old Satara Day Visitor's area - I still remember that day and it was HOT!
My cousin and my brother washing up in one of the communal kitchens

Wow. B.C. brought this thread to my attention and I do have some old photos to share. Time to start scratching again.

Re: Old Pics of Kruger
Okey dokey - lets start off in the 1950'.
First of all the map one bought:
And then the prices one paid for accomodation - actually I am not sure of the date of this map but must be after 1964 as it is in Rands and cents.
Then there was there sticker one was given which I still display with pride on my front windscreen.
One side.
Opposite side.
And to start off with at Letaba Camp in 1950 with yours truly with the blonde hair.
Lets fast forward to the early 1980's with my family at Letaba.
So much for the introduction. We will go back to the 1950's for the next posting.
