Kruger Sightings
@LatestKruger
That day, we left Berg-en-Dal very early. We were driving on a small road towards Lower Sabie when I noticed a distant silhouette and immediately identified it: it was a cheetah. To our surprise, as we approached, it was a bunch of 5 young cheetahs.

Cheetahs will outsmart and outrun hyenas ..but Leopard and lion are different encounters generally ...with sometimes sad endings for Cheetah..Man and encroachment remain their biggest threat. Jackal chase Cheetah from their kill so any ol Hyena would do that with ease. Bushmans do that with Cheetah as well. But Cheetah are good hunters and kill regularly each day mostly and only gobble a bit of the kill before vacating to avoid big Felines ambushing them

Kruger Sightings

25 July 2018.
A very memorable day in Kruger.
At Shishengendzini we found two cheetah brothers eyeing a wildebeest herd.

WATCH:

A mistake can cost you everything!
Unfortunately, this impala did that mistake today when it walked out of the herd directly into 3 cheetahs hiding behind a termite mound.
