Yep Mel, there were a few of them that were eating when we got to the hide that day

Then there is the Bearded one that specializes on bones. Large bones dropped from a height to break them and get to the marrow.

The Palm Nut Vulture that feeds mainly on fruit of Oil Palm outside ZA but on the Raffia Palm here but also on frogs, fish, molluscs.

The Egyptian (only one I have not seen) feeds mainly on carrion. The small bill adapted for pickingremnants of bones. It also picks up bird eggs and drop them to break them and it picks up a stone and hurls repetedly at Ostrich eggs to break them.
