Many Tiger moths (Arctiinae) (That is what I think is the red-faced caterpillar from Addo) have hairs with sharply pointed tips and tiny barbs projecting from the surface of the hair. That's a defence mechanism and causes sort of dermatitis when you touch them.

Other caterpillars have urticating hairs associated with poison glands at the base of the hair and cause more injury.

Tailed Net-winged Beetle
Lycus trabeatus

Both larvae and adults are distasteful and aposematically coloured.

Likely empty egg cases of an Emperor Moth (Saturniidae), some attach the eggs to twigs, most species on the underside of leaves.

One should watch out for caterpillars on the tree lol

Celtis africana is a recorded foodplant of Bunaea alcinoe and Pseudobunaea tyrrhena
