A non-functional police force, like almost every other “government parastatal”, and no money to provide communities with what is required even if there was the work ethic and will, therefore is there light at the end of this tunnel or is it only going to continue with more of the same and escalate.

Education and a movement to a 1st world culture is the only solution and that’s a long way off, if ever achievable in this century.

Does anyone believe that there’s suddenly going to be a solution. O**
