It seems some tourist vehicles have been disabled by the rocks placed in the road, and they are stranded. (05h30)

Update: Police have cleared the road.

Protest action is expected in Mkhuhlu and Belfast tomorrow, probably affecting the R536. It is expected that the road will be closed at 3am. Visitors planning to use Paul Kruger gate must please use an alternate route and gate, such as Phabeni, to enter & exit the park.

[UPDATE] R536 Hazyview - Paul Kruger Gate : protestors have been engaging in some lumberjacking and road is littered with large trees around Belfast area, vehicles can get through. Road open. Police remain on standby in the area. Travel with caution.
