The indemnity forms, signs and notices mean nothing, legally, unless visitors are out of line. Hence the massive liability payouts SANParks make every year, combined with legal costs which are about equivalent. These costs do not appear on SP financial statements. O**

Personally I believe SANParks' financial statements have largely been a KPMG work of fiction over the last 5 years or so... O**

Quite possible! There are not many details in the financial statements published.

BTW, does SANParks pay taxes?

They charge and pay VAT. They don't pay company tax, nor municipal rates.

My father fell about 12-15 feet off scaffolding on a job, severed his spinal column, and ended up a paraplegic. :-( My thoughts are with them and their families. O0 O0
