SANParks Marketing and Communications General Manager for Kruger Park Isaac Phaahla said that car windows are allowed to be open and since ‘an arm doesn’t distort the shape of your car’ it is unlikely that this would have been enough to warrant a fine. He said he could not respond to a complaint laid on social media.

So criticism equals SANParks-bashing, then SANParks bashes itself???
All we need is the input of the"Game Capture Unit"!

Yes! I’m sure they would have got any protruding arms into the back of their van and off to braai in a jiffy

But apparently SanParks can?Lisbeth wrote: ↑Wed Sep 11, 2019 2:56 pm From the same group as above
Dalene Preston Guys, with respect - we visitors cannot come here onto social media and bash Kruger day in and day out for not enforcing the rules, and when they do, we want to be choosy about which rules they should enforce. Do we know for sure how far the person's arm was outside the car? It is like those who say it is fine to use a cellphone to call in sightings, when the rules about cellphone use are clear.
The rule is clear.

KNP Marketing Manager, Mr Nhlanhla Themba gives clarity on the rule about closing windows while driving in the Park. In the video he explains that guests are allowed to read situations and circumstances, and operate their vehicles and windows accordingly.

SANParks is grasping at straws
Such complicated phrases to say, that it is not allowed but it is also allowed.......
