Yes Mel - great to see! Was probably Melvin or Gibson. They've been hanging around the northern side for a few months now. Often spotted on the domkrag loop.

Unfortunately there appears to be some sad news from Addo, but I have promised to wait on official notification before mentioning the details... as soon as I can I'll update here.

Just got back from an afternoon trip to the park. The sad news appears to be confirmed but there is good news to share as well... more info in due course.

Our highlight today was a 30min encounter with a blackie. Photos to follow \O

No - not about the horse riding incident. That was obviously a nasty accident but I know friends have done the rides before and the horses are incredibly well behaved and the guides are excellent at avoiding any potentially dangerous situations so I can only imagine it must have been a freak accident.
