Until recently, the desire of humans to decorate the camps with alien plants was not perceived as inappropriate. Now there is a control
initiative undertaken to remove ornamental alien plants in the KNP, at least the invasive ones.

Hopefully all these ornamental exotic will be removed from the camps.

Thats been the plan for decades ..Ranger Thys Mostert ..Long deceased in the 1970's started removing Exotics from the Camp and his House just outside the gate ..Seemed to have stopped after his tenure
