Lots of collared animals around Shing!
Rare location for cheetah, Harry!
Your Nyala looks like another one of those females with horns....not sure of the animal's size?!
Good spelling!

Missed a couple Harry, but great to catch up again.
Love the White-throated Robin-chat.
Nice to get a HB and Cheetah.
Those sharpies are not easy to get pics of.

Re: Kruger....Our adventure continues.....
Satara: 9 December to 15 Desember:
We were woken up by thunder and lightning and lots of rain at 00:40 on 9 December , Bookworm phoned and asked if I could come and close the windows of her tent as she had no umbrella and didn't want to get wet, soooooo I had to run, in ankel deep water dodging lightning and only in my shorts, to the tent about 100m away and zip up the windows My excercize for the year .
After about 4 hours sleep we packed the wet tents and ground sheets onto the bakkie and headed for Satara at about 6:15.
The area was very wet and it looked like the animals was more lively and happy
We had the usual sightings like impala some Ellies, Zebra etc but then about 20km's from Shingwedzi we saw this:
There was 5 Wilddogs coming from Mopani side, and they were on a mission
After the excitement we saw a Corry Bustard:
A SSJ
Girrafe:
Wildebeest:
The trip was really quiet till about 15 km from Satara when we had 3 BIG ellie breeding herds and at one stage we were between to of them , not a very nice experience .
We set up camp at Satara almost next to the fence
To be continued.......
