Have been there only in the dry season, looks much nicer in green 
and obviously the Tsebbies are always hanging around there

We always like making pictures of as much as possible. Sounds odd, but why not?
After doing the Tropic of Capricorn Loop it is kind of mandatory to stop at the line on the road. Remember this is a legal get-out point.
We had lunch at Mopani. The restaurant and shop are good but somehow I never feel inspired to make photos in Mopani. The camp has no personality, seems clinical. But that's just personal opinion.
Another upcoming tusker awaited us at the t-crossing into Mopani - Madzopfurini:
These two youngsters were testing each others' strength:
If you know the highwater brigde at Letaba you'll know where the camp is on this picture 8) :
With a curious local:
And close to Letaba along the river road:
Still in the Letaba Riverbed - a crocodile. We didn't see that many big ones this time and it seemed to us that there were overall less of them around.
Some slow moving traffic again:
On our way back towards Phalaborwa:

Also agree about Mopanie Camp, regarding overnighting...It was the last big one to be built, you know, simply "linking the dots" so as to have accommodation in that empty space once the H-14 was in planning, which is fair enough.
It would have initially been on the grounds of Mooiplaas picnic spot, but there was a big uproar from "purists", so there we are!
Hence no camping or day-visitors.
The viewpoint, bar and restaurant are top-notch, at the moment, so what you see is what you get!
