Re: A visit to planet Mopani
We went back to camp for the meeting.
Arrived at the parking area and didn't see the samoosa parked anywhere so we thought the Dimwits were late
The menu I have seen.....confusing if you ask me.....will the overseas people understand it
The other aliens went to take a bathroom break when my phone rang and RP asked me where are you
I'm here at the restaurant
No your not
Yes I am.
We are here at the lower deck..... Oh
The Dimwits handed me a double gin and tonic
Believe me or not but we never took any photo's of the meeting
Maybe too busy drinking the gin and tonic
After the meeting we decided to make a quick stop at the bungalow and pic up some cold tea's and drive to Bowkerkop waterhole for a relaxed afternoon
This elephant looked as if he had a hangover and couldn't stand upright
After a while I couldn't just sit there and grabbed the map
Then decided to drive up to Olifantsbadpan
On our way we found more tsessebe
Then Jnr Giraffe with his mom
But once again we got the LOOK
Mommy why are those aliens taking pictures of me
Mommy I don't like them
Mommy I think they want to eat me
Lets run mommy
crazy giraffes

Back on the G&T’s
Faulty looking elephant and a nervous pinhead giraffe, it must be a “northern” thing

Funny looking giraffe teenager. You should not drive around scaring the animals, Alf

The giraffe wasn't afraid you would eat it, Alf... it was your G & T breath that made her / him run
The menu... hmz... the first burger is vegetarian, the is made of chicken (although I don't know what Morogo is), no. 3 is a double beef pattie and it comes with sheba (I still can't get my head around the fact that we got a brand of cat feed here that is called "Sheba"... no surprise that I've never tried sheba so far, now is it...) and the last burger comes with a pattie that is made of lamb - the rest is just made up names for each of their burgers.
