Sheesh! Those lion cubs are too cute I want one Such a great sighting, Pumbaa
Also love the cormorant and the egret. Both look like they were dancing in a kinda way
The sunrise is beautiful. And I also appreciate the raptors

The Lion cubs were indeed a more than very special sighting
We were indeed that happy to have the cubs that long all to ourselves
Yes, this year the causeway across the Sabie was a wonderful birding spot

Although the S65 was quiet again as already during the whole trip this year we had a great time in riding along same and came across a vulture in a tree with a close by sitting tawny eagle,
another elephant bull,
hyenas were around as well as very often in that area
and to our delight we spotted again a klipspringer.
More hyenas appeared too
with some private time between youngster and mom.
Gladly also the duiker waited until we could take a picture before same dashed away.
A herd of buffaloes then could be seen as well when we were already back on the tar road into the direction of Skukuza.

Needless to say that we had to wait until we could continue our drive as the whole herd was crossing the road.
We stopped a final time for a short break at Skukuza as also our car needed some refill before we headed forward to Satara. Today we decided to drive via the high water bridge and so we still could enjoy the views into the Sabie from the many many loops where we spotted a beautiful fish eagle,
and a couple of marabou storks.
Another awesome stop was then for a group of vervet monkeys out of which the youngsters were simply too cute for words
and same had great fun between each other.
"High five!"
Then we stood already on the high water bridge and simply had to capture the view to the left
and finally also to the right as it will take another one long year until we will stand on that bridge again.
Somewhere on our way we also met an extreme muddy rhino.
to be continued....
