Browns in Kruger - August 2017 (JHB Clan)

Post by Supernova »

Hi All;

Work has taken the front seat since 2017 and I'm a few years behind in TR's, so will try and catch up the last two years.

This trip was 2 nights at Lower Sabie, 3 nights at Satara, and 2 nights to end the trip at Biyamiti. We decided to leave a day early and booked a night at Marloth Park for Granny, Mel, Cailey and Teagy - Roxy and Kelly would join us the next morning.

We had booked into "Marloth 1483" and at only R1200 a night for the 5 of us, I assumed it would be a bit rustic... but it was Awesome, a really great little place !! ^Q^

We unpacked and took a drive to the river road. As we pulled on to the road, we joined another car that had just seen a lion on the Kruger side of the Croc river, we sat a while but it never reappeared. We continued the drive and stopped a little further to watch a herd of Ellies coming down to drink
