Peter, there is a program called "Paint" and I am almost sure that you have it installed. In "Images" (at least I think that it's called images in English) it should be at the top where all the options are. There is a "drop-down" called " "open", click on the triangle and you will see "paint" together with many other APPs like "photo", "picture manager" etc.
