I love those trees O/\ I hope that there is still some left and that climate change is not too hard on them :-(

Thanks everyone :ty: :ty:

Our next stop was down at Ai-Ais. The route took us down many a gravel road with some great scenery along the way O:V

We found a few bugs by the side of the road... an armoured cricket and some kind of strange highly-camouflaged grasshopper :-? -O-

The campsite at Ai-Ais was a nice spot but very cold at night. Fortunately they have open air hot baths available, so early morning we warmed up nicely :-0

Ai-Ais is situated at the end of the Fish River Canyon, so we took a hike upstream for a fair way O:V

Of course our main reason for staying at Ai-Ais was the chance to see the Fish River Canyon. The views are simply amazing!!
