I think the yellows are two different ones, but that's more a feeling than anything substantial =O: =O:

Species native to southern Africa

Amata alicia
Amata atricornis*
Amata bifasciata
Amata cerbera
Amata cuprizonata
Amata mata
Amata johanna
Amata kuhlweini
Amata miozona
Amata phoenicia
Amata polidamon
Amata rendalli
Amata simplex

:-? :-? :-?

How about Amata kuhlweini

http://www.africanmoths.com/pages/ARCTI ... lweini.htm

http://www.google.de/imgres?sa=X&espv=2 ... ,s:0,i:103

But nan's has one and a half orange bands, and the kuhlweini only one band O/

Amata atricornis here
http://books.google.de/books?id=s4ke5Jw ... ca&f=false

the photo shows no orange band, and the patches on the wings look different too 0- not the one we need 0'

Amata Kuhlweine is the most possible ;-)
the points not really the same... maybe dépends of the wing open a little bit or wide open
white antenas at the end, idem a bit for the legs
but the second tiny orange stripe seems to go under... in all case on the side 0*\

the photo Img-8013 (the Google one, second link) fits... but no name 0*\

oups... who invented to do a book like that =O: =O: =O:
