20 August - Day 5:
Today we decided to chill in camp and sleep late
I took some pics of the birdies in camp
Black- backed Puffback
Arrow-arked Babbler
Kurrichane Thrush
Our breakfast:
We saw this when we camped with my FIL and MIL at Klein Kariba and just had to try it again
You take a 1/4 potjie and put onions at the bottom then some left over meat(we used wors), mushrooms, grated cheese, tomato and onion relish and last you make a hole at the top and add a egg or 2. When that's done you put your potjie on the braai and put some coles under it and 2 or 3 on the lid....10 to 15 minutes later you can eat ....just be careful that pot stays hot for a long time . Eat your Breakfast out of the potjie
After breakfast some more birdies
Blue Waxbill
Brown headed parrot
Toko
We chilled for the morning and then went for a drive later that afternoon.....

Like the white-headed vulture! Never seen one myself so far. And they look quite handsome... from the distance.

Great bird sightings again and I also like the water monitor.
