There are "no parking" signs fixed to the side barriers of the bridge on both sides but they are not that visible
Next trip to the bush??

The cctv cameras exist at the gate, I found out, but the cables were stripped at least 2 months ago!
This is shocking, will find out what we can do!

This should be the very apex of security maintenance in a poacher-infested area!

We have high poaching inside Kruger and the cctv cameras are out of order for2 months
So many issues with security at gates and they can't fix the cameras

Shocking in KNP where we have high poaching someone is able to strip the cctv camera cables and rob tourists at a gate
Mind I was not impressed with security posture at this particular gate in January myself and pointed this out in online and email comments ....

WARNING
The Malalane entrance to Kruger is currently suffering from an infestation of thieves around the bridge.
Method used: one very helpful local will call tourists away from their cars, to "show animals in the water".

While attention is focussed elsewhere, their vehicle is ransacked.
Tourists staying at a local lodge lost everything they had in the car today, 15 March 2018
Be alert and warn guests.
