This is what the new riverfront units at Nossob will look like, but it still will take some time to get those finished. The units towards the north, which you can't see in this pic, don't have any reed on the roof yet and the roof is far from finished on those you can see either...
We were only passing through Nossob on a Sunday and again on a Saturday. No building activity to be seen.

And this is the new ablution block for the campsite... not entirely sure why there is one in the first place as the old one still works
To show you where exactly it is situated:
Looking at it when you exit the female WC / shower block of the old ablution block.

Re: Developments at Nossob
Is the road going to pass in front of the bungalows at Nossob or is it only there while they are working?

Re: Developments at Nossob
Neither, Lis. Those bungalows basically sit on the old road.
When you travel through the camp you'll have to pass behind the reception, the shop and the laundry (basically where Unit 10 B is located - used to be my favourite before the construction as it was well secluded...) and from there straight ahead towards to old fence that was and still is surrounding the camp on its eastern side.
As much as I hate to say, but they hardly used any untouched land for those new riverfront units...

Hi Mel,
I see some work was done on the thatchroof since 22 Sept, but the ablution block and wooden beams replaced by scaffolding. May they did some work in side.
Nan will be there before us and if completed by July I will post some photos.
