SANParks in dispute with Kruger Restaurant operator
Re: SANParks in dispute with Kruger Restaurant operator
not quite sure if pap and wors should be called "african food"
I have eaten lots of pap and wors at afrikaans peoples homes.......
"african food" is things like "skop" and "walky talky" and "zigugu" and "xiendla hi vomu"
or maybe some "ting" or "chotlo" or "mashonzha" or "amanqina" or "morogo" or "umngqusho" or "amadumbe" or "offal"
yummy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
all very tasty and healthy...

All the new menus and food with the same bad service .....wonderful
I will take my own food and it will be better and tastier and I don't have to pay anyone to serve it ....and it will be cheaper

The circle will continue, but the foreign visitors who literally rely on restaurants for their daily sustenance slowly will start finding other Parks or other countries. The Hunger Games.

Some of us do self catering or stay outside the park

Re: SANParks in dispute with Kruger Restaurant operator
I saw pics on a FB group of a totally empty restaurant at Satara. The photographer was the only customer and apparently it was the same at Olifants. Wonder if people are boycotting the restaurants.
Re: SANParks in dispute with Kruger Restaurant operator
I have desperately tried to wrap my head around this whole thing and no matter how much I try I still cannot quite work out the logistics of a franchise holder supposedly appointed by Sanparks but franchised to M and B who when M and B distances themselves from him he gets to continue his operations. Who appointed him? Why was he the preferred apointee? Did any kind of financial influence come into this and if so to whom? I have more questions than answers right now with one clear observation once again in my head that this guy is having his cake and eating it!

I agree with Penny. It is all very confusing and does not sound legal either
