I do not make charcoal out of my meat :X:

Hmmm..... haven't thought of that yet ..0..

But.... the stainless steel lasts forever and a day \O Not like those crap little set-ups that you buy from every corner store and that burns through halfway through your first braai 0*\

Oh , and the wood I use make great coals which still lasts well even up to a hour after the meat is cooked ;-)

Okie - that's a lot of wood!

I tried to split my olive logs down the middle
But my axe bare made a scratch.
Any ideas?

You can get a woodsplitter, which work better than an axe.
