the s 60 was in excellent condition
after being graded (scraped) recently....
and in theory no cross-border traffic is allowed
as stated at the entrance to the road...
however, the reality is that this warning
is written in english only
(and not in "stupid")
i could see the degradation after my 4th day there.....

There ought to be a guard there, at least occasionally. Or a fixed webcam to "read" the plates.
