Yes the trees here also get hammered by storms more and more, nana...maybe it just feels worse than normal?

What a lovely oasis there in the desert, they obviously get lots of water from the huge river!
I'm sure there was nice bouffe from the braai!

The first part is the guesthouse, where we stayed and the second part is the private home of Nan's Swiss acquiantances who live in Upington. Evelyne, who is married to a South African, used to own a B&B and Judit is her mother.
