It was bad when Mugabe started "kicking out" the white farmers without paying for their land. It was bad when he would not accept his defeat at the elections, but that was a local affair. It's pretty normal for Africa, and elsewhere in the Third World. SA is not far behind in this regard, unfortunately, regarding the "locust mentality"...
