My list of essential camping equipment.
Everything Cadac (Tent, cooking, etc).
Victorinox SwissChamp and Victorinox Multitool (Leatherman don't cut it).
Maglite.
First Ascent sleeping bags.
Foam matress.
Colemans coolerbox.
Boerewors and fresh rolls, onion, mustard and tomato sauce.
Frangelico
Toyota Condor RV 4x4 (To carry it all).

It's great to see you guys listing the bare necessities here, but it's all the extra little gadgets and things that clutter up your vehicle or campsite and never get used that is always a problem.

Places like Outdoor Warehouse & Makro make a killing on things that look great and people say "Oh look isn't this a good idea" buy it, load it and never find a use for it. It happens all the time.
