SANParks in partnership with First National Bank (FNB) and Total South Africa
As there is free access do FNB and Total refund some of the money lost
If not what kind of partnership is it

Probably some kind of monetary compensation .
I also note they have stopped weekend access for most major parks .Learned from the past problems .
