I still admire your energy to go out in the cold to hunt birds. lol But the reward was definitely awesome!
What a beautiful bird that butterfly bird is and you got really great photos of it. ^Q^
I'm just a bit surprised as I would have never expected such a colourful bird in Europe in winter.
And it does look cold in your neck of the woods... Although, that coldness and even the fog offer some more
beautiful photo opportunities. lol

it was very cold... but the sun was perfect to warm up a little bit... till the Wind comes :twisted:

it seems this bird is not so often seen... so, we have to take the opportunity ;-)
stayed from 8AM to 2PM... I was happy to return home, even in the fog 0*\
