WOW, nan, your pond was busy! Do you often get gulls there? Because I don't remember you posting them here yet. (Might be my defunct brain though... :o0ps: )

The bearded reedling is a pretty little bird and you managed a great photo of it ^Q^ ^Q^ ^Q^

And mating kingfishers - just awesome! :-0

we don't have sea... so they have to eat what they find ;-) here I think it's a Gardon (Common roach)

yes it was busy... instead of doing the washing... at home lol
there is several sorts of Gulls : Goéland pontique (Larus cachinnams) Goéland argenté (Larus argentatus) Goéland cendré (Larus canus) Mouette mélanocéphale (Larus melanocephalus) Mouette pygmée (Larus minutus) Mouette rieuse (Larus ridibundus)
the Yellow legged Gull is quite current here \O
Bearded Reedlings are hard to see 0*\ always inside the reeds 0'

In modern times, leeches are used medically in procedures such as the reattachment of body parts and reconstructive and plastic surgeries and, in Germany, treating osteoarthritis.
