5th Skukuza to Lower Sabie
Today we were moving to Lower Sabie so the car packing mission had to happen which wasn’t a pleasant thought when waking with another darn fever, but half an hour after swallowing some pills we were all good to go.
We decided to drive straight down to Lower Sabie and to park off with some Mugg and Bean pot pies and then to plan from there what to do until the 2pm book in.
The morning started rather quietly sighting wise with the odd normal local making an appearance, but it did start to get more interesting just past Nkuhlu as a male lion was still snoozing in the open.

Around 500m before Lubyelubye the Cow casually chirped “Look at those weird rocks”
I slowed and then the Cow chirped again “They look like lion bums”

I stopped and then there was movement
“It is lion!”

The mangy Lubyelubye pride was on the move and our excitement grew as we love sightings where one has to anticipate what the animal is going to do, so we followed along with teeth hanging out.

As they all crossed the river I got over excited as it looked like they were heading up towards us so I plotted a little inlet just before Lubyelubye and switched off because they were heading straight towards us.
Seconds later a lady arrived and parked us in, so I immediately got irritated because she was cramping my manoeuvring. Then the lion changed direction and it was time to move, but the lone lady didn’t click, so I got more irritated.
“We need to move! This aunty is half asleep!”
“Don’t be rude”
“I’m going to drive over her little car!”
Finally the lady clicked and tried to start her car, but she didn’t seem to know how to drive and kept grating her gearbox, which only got me more excited, so in temper I did some major manoeuvring to get past her while the Cow jabbered continuously in my ear to remain calm.
By the time we picked the lions up again they were busy climbing onto a set of rocks just past Lubyelubye.

It was clear that the lions were going to park off for a while and the traffic jam grew in seconds so we continued on before I got faulty again.

October can fire though 
I think the reason the trip feels so negative for me is the "flu" gets much worse which puts a damper on the trip when "thinking back"
