Try African Migrant/vagrant for the green butterfly maybe?

I spoke to a friend , and it appears that these dragonflies could be : #1 - Broad Scarlet dragonfly-- Crocothemis erythraea , and
#2 - Little Scarlet D/fly -- Crocothemis sanguinolenta .
Whatever happened to Toko

My first impression is that it is a shield bug or stink bug of some type (Order Hemiptera, Heteroptera - true bugs).
