Day 2 - Part 1/3.
How beautiful is Pilanesberg in the early morning.
A Black-backed Jackal having an early morning drink at Ratlhogo Dam.
Our first ever in any park of an African Green-pigeon at Ratlhogo Dam.
This little baby giraffe was just soooooo inquisitive.
Please help with an ID.
An Arrow-marked Babler at Pilanesberg Centre.
A Dork Failed Trongo ................... errrr Fork Tailed Drongo at Pilanesberg Centre.
For once a Steenbok did not run away as soon as we stopped. Also posed very nicely for us.
A first for us in Pilanesberg - Black-collared Barbet.

Your pics just get better and better stf!!
Glad the American family had no problems with the ellies...the Brat would have been trying to dig his way out of the bottom of the car!
The safari tents are lovely there, and now that they've upgraded the bathrooms it's very inviting at those prices!

Thanks Flutterby. Manyane is certainly a different camp now with all the upgrades. Love your comment on the Brat.
