It all boils down to education at end of every day!!
Fact is we will be educating in foreign countries!!!??

Also fact is that we will be educating foreigners within
our borders, not to poach!!!

Hume's disastrous auction for local consumption proved
that locals are not into this trend, rather more foreigners
surrounding this park!!! Hey, hear me out but also the educated
local citizens making good use of neglected natural resource!!

okie and nana are right, I think! That is a good way of combining the obsession with communities with the conservation mandate! \O

Hmmmm....... No-one has mentioned how profitable Sanparks is .

In fact , from a business point of view , it is very very profitable indeed .
Looking at latest ( 2015/2016 ) financial report , it shows that Sanparks had :

Income from Tourism sales etc ( that would include community levey , wildcard ) of ... R1621 million .
Government grants , donations etc ... R1282 million
For a total revenues of R2903 million .

And then , after all expenses paid , they still show a net surplus ( read as profit ) ...........R278.998 million ( almost R280 million ) .

Sanparks do not pay Income tax , therefore the R280 million is NET profit ( surplus , as described by them )

That means it is a net profit of more than 10 % of total revenue :O^
Many large companies would like to have that net kind of earnings 0*\

In other words , even if they do NOT increase all their accommodation , wild card and other tourist " milkings " , by the normal annual ridiculous 10 % ( as against inflation of around 5 % ) , they would STILL not come out at a loss .
And this during GENERAL poor economic conditions GLOBALLY @#$

Enough is enough

All very well RP and of course they would be right!!

Fact is this poaching and practice thereof at a far higher
plane of intelligence, far higher than dreaming about what's
for dinner tonight!!! Educating those at far higher planes of
authority, those that influence the very same masses poaching
for the pot, becoming of a rather sordid situation!!!

In fact as they sit in so called innocence, they cannot wait
for the monies to come flowing forthwith, for their dispense!!

Basically, the Minister must first sort out an extradition treaty with Mozambique, stop authorising internal trade, take a stronger stance at CITES etc. And SANParks must stop with the moneymaking...

What we said!
