That's even more "only birds" than "Sunset Dam" and then it is far away, if you are going only for the day -O-

Lake Panic has a resident leopard but I wouldn't want to sit in a hide for an hour never mind a whole day! O** lol

Seen lion at Sunset Dam before. ;-)

Nyamundwa is close to Phabeni and might have cell reception. -O-

So you need:

South of Tschokwane
Close to the water
Not too big
Steady stream of game
Good birding
Good cell reception

Sounds interesting.

Not sure how much noise you would be making in the broadcast, but hides are definitely not a good choice if there would be talking, etc. Good luck - have fun.
