On leaving, I take a look at the Barn Owl, it's still there
I decided to go to Kij Kij and go a little to the north. But the road Kij Kij to Dikkbaardskolk was really not interesting in observations and comfort, I decided to go throught the big loop.

The first sighting of the day was ... a Puff Adder, crushed on the road

I saw a lot of these Herons

Then a Marsh Terrapine and still Namaqua Sandgrouses and Bateleur

A mole Snake has difficulty to climb a sandy slope. He takes it repeatedly, and finished with a small blade of grass, to overcome the insurmountable
