our last sighting was a lone jackal

With heavy hearts we went to the petrol station to reinflate our tires. My SO wanted to fill up in Askham as he thought it was cheaper. We then went to reception and checked out.

As we approached Askham it was nearly 5 pm and the petrol station was closed already. Thus, it happened again – about 30 km before Upington the petrol light went on. 0*\ But we were lucky and made it.

We stayed the night in Upington again and then we had to drive back to Johannesburg and to fly home.
