I wouldn't have thought that they were called HDRs,
but they are really arty, Flutts, and look beautiful

No at all ExFmem, but I'm no expert and I did these quite a while ago, so can't really remember exactly what I did!
I don't have Photoshop but I found Gump which is supposedly similar to Photoshop and is free to download, and I then watched Youtube videos to learn how to use it. You have to remove the background for some of the pics which is quite easy once you've got the hang of it. You then just layer different images over each other.
For the rhino collage, the full rhino is the original picture. For the rhino head I would have removed the background and cropped the picture. I then layered it on top of the other pic, and added different paint techniques as another layer.
