Still waiting for your Wild Card?

We would like to thank our new Wild Card members for their patience. Thousands of delayed new Wild Cards have been created and posted in the last month. The team is working tirelessly to clear the backlog. We hope to be back on schedule within the next month.

As soon as the card reaches your nearest post office, you will receive a notification to come and collect it. Remember, in the absence of the physical card, you can still use your membership confirmation letter to enter parks.

If you don’t have the confirmation letter, contact us on 0861 469 453 or wildcard@sanparks.org and we will email it to you. You can also complete the contact form and under Type of Query select “Send my confirmation letter”.

Apart from 2008, I have never received a Wild Card and after a short time, you cannot even read what is written on the receipt 0*\ Is it too expensive for poor SANParks to send it or do they not trust the mail? To keep a thin piece of paper with nothing written on it is not that easy :O^

Generally you just need the number, so store that on your phone. \O

I know that, even the name is enough, but could they not take the trouble to send it? It's a question of principle! They know that most oversees visitors do not come more than once in a year and they still have the nerve to ask a considerable sum of money with a yearly raise 0=

The Post Office is dysfunctional too, by and large, especially overseas... O-/

They probably do not even know where the countries are and to which airport bring them 0*\ By the time it takes I think that they send it via camel O**
