Wow Nan! Excellent to get photos of one catching a fish. O/\ Although they have been recorded catching fish as prey, I don't think it has been recorded that often and photos of them doing so are even rarer. O/\ O/\ O/\ ^Q^ ^Q^ ^Q^

right... on my book... this Harrier eats mice, small birds, eggs... etc...
but it's really a fish, I have several pictures witch a fish :shock:

I put the sighting on "birdline.ch"... mentionning "fishing" \O

most reeds, around the pond
and tall trees like pine and hardwoods, who lose all their leaves in winter.... during about 5-6 months, more easy to find animals/birds
and snow, more easy to follow animals ;-)
